Profile

Full Stack Web Developer with over 15 years of experience on the web. I currently own the web presence of an education provider with eight locations and am migrating it off WordPress onto a custom stack. I build applications in TypeScript — React and Next.js on the front end, Node.js, Payload and PostgreSQL behind it —, integrate third-party systems over REST APIs and develop AI applications that run in production, among them a voice assistant and a text chat. Operations are part of the job: my own server infrastructure, deployment pipelines and backups, as well as GDPR and EU AI Act conformity of the products. From marketing practice (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, HubSpot) I bring the habit of measuring technology by its results.

    Full Stack Web Developer and Marketing Expert

    VIDACTA Bildungsgruppe GmbH, Essen

    • Overall technical responsibility for the corporate website vidacta-schulen.de: eight locations, 30+ pages, custom Divi child theme
    • Five custom WordPress plugins in production — job listings, cookie consent, first-party tracking, server-side conversions API and forms. Before opt-in the site loads not a single third-party request
    • Replacing the WordPress stack with a custom content platform on Payload 3, Next.js and PostgreSQL
    • Anerkennungsrechner (anerkennungsrechner.com): AI application with voice assistant, text chat and form; its rule engine rebuilt as a standalone TypeScript service
    • VidaGram learning platform (vidagram.de): 19 modules, role and permission model, cookie-free analytics
    • Built and ran the server infrastructure, plus an operations dashboard (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Vitest) replacing a legacy system
    • Two custom MCP servers in TypeScript; performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta; AI labelling under Article 50 of the EU AI Act
